TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your submission of an order and approval of the virtual proof (artwork) / proforma invoice to PSL Canada Ltd is considered as acceptance of your consent to purchase merchandise from us and confirms your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of sale as set forth.

Liability

PSL Canada Ltd, its owners, affiliates, agents, and any other related parties shall not be liable to another party for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including without limitation, damages resulting from loss of use, loss of profits, interruption or loss of business, (lost goodwill, lost revenue and lost opportunity) arising out of the use of the products and services offered for purchase hereunder. The foregoing limitation of liability and exclusion of damages applies even if a party had or should have had knowledge, actual or constructive, of the possibility of such damage. The foregoing limitation of liability and exclusion of damages shall apply whether a claim is based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability, strict liability or otherwise, and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy herein. PSL Canada Ltd’s maximum liability for products is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. We will not under any circumstance be held liable for any claim or action that exceeds this liability limit. We also will not be liable for any third-party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction of product, cause of delays, interruption of service, or loss of business. PSL Canada Ltd makes no representation or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, safety, or performance of any product sold. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the suitability, compatibility, and proper use of products purchased. PSL Canada Ltd is not liable for any misuse, abuse, or improper handling of a product.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds once your order is printed. If you have approved the virtual proof for your custom order, your order is in production and cannot be cancelled for any reason. This is a custom order and is not returnable. You are responsible for the charges you have authorized by approving the virtual proof (artwork) and you are giving your acceptance of our terms and conditions and agreeing to be bound by our terms. Your signature agrees to have read our terms prior to signing. Any refunds are at the sole discretion of PSL Canada Ltd.

Product Specifications

All product specifications, packaging, and colors are subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our product information accurate and up-to-date, but we reserve the right to make changes as necessary to improve our offerings or due to supplier modifications.

Product Variation

PSL Canada Ltd can not guarantee that all products purchased will be 100 percent consistent in color, material and packaging. Minor variations in dye lots, materials and finish may occur in the manufacturing process. You understand that by placing your order with PSL Canada Ltd, you agree to accept the product with possible minor manufacturing variations.

Warranties

PSL Canada Ltd warrants that all goods sold are free of any security interest and will make available to you all transferable warranties made to us by the manufacturer of the goods. PSL Canada Ltd makes no other express or implied warranties, and specifically makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose. PSL Canada Ltd accepts no liability for the use or misuse of any product distributed and accepts no responsibility for the manufacturer of these products. All products are used at your own risk.

Delivery

PSL Canada Ltd will not be held liable for any specific or consequential claims if merchandise is not delivered on a specified date or is delayed in transit based on circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to acts of god, weather conditions, customs clearance, power failures, criminal acts, worker strikes and carrier shipment delays.

Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise

All goods become your property at the time they are accepted by the carrier. All goods are custom products and your signature to purchase waives any right of return.

Sample Policy

Samples may be purchased at EQP + shipping (max 2 per model).

Earphones / earbuds samples are non-returnable.

All other samples are returnable for a credit within 30 days, in unused condition and in original packaging.
